The yard is fully landscaped with an automatic sprinkler system and dripper irrigation system in the flower beds. The back yard is fully fenced with a walk-in gate on the west side and a double gate system on the east side. The east side of the home has a gravel parking area that extends into the back yard for boat/RV parking.
The back yard has a large cement patio area that extends the entire length of the home. There is also a stone pad located away from the house for use with a firebowl.
