Our 2994 sq. ft. home sits on a 0.23 acre (10,205 sq. ft.) corner lot in the Jordan Willows subdivision in Lehi, Utah.  The yard is fully landscaped with an automatic sprinkler system and dripper irrigation system in the flower beds.  The back yard is fully fenced with a walk-in gate on the west side and a double gate system on the east side.  The east side of the home has a gravel parking area that extends into the back yard for boat/RV parking.

The back yard has a large cement patio area that extends the entire length of the home.  There is also a stone pad located away from the house for use with a firebowl. 

There is a large garden area in the northeast corner of the yard with decorative curbing.  The garden is planted for the season!

Open, spacious floor plan

The downstairs area of the home is very open and spacious.  There is a gas fireplace with a rock surround.  The dining table sits in a bay area of the room with a sliding back door for access to the back yard.

 There is plenty of space for gathering and entertaining without feeling crowded.

The kitchen is light and open.  There is a large island with an overhang for bar seating.  The cabinets are knotty alder and very spacious.

Just off the kitchen is a huge, walk-in pantry with tons of shelving.  There is also a half-bath, laundry room, and access to the garage close by.

Master bedroom and bath

A very spacious master bedroom sets this home apart from many others.  In addition to space for a king size bed, there is ample room for an excersice or sitting area.  The room has views of the front yard and sits above the garage.

The master bathroom is attached to the bedroom and is huge!  There are double vanities, a toilet area, soaker tub, and seperate shower. Views from the window are of the east side yard of the home.

The master closet extends off of the bathroom and runs the entire length of the master bedroom.

There are five bedrooms total in the home.  In addition to the master, they are as follows:

The first bedroom-located upstairs-is large and roomy.  There is a big walk-in closet and a window overlooking the backyard.  A unique trim detail has been added for character.

The second bedroom-located upstairs-is equal in size to the first.  The window overlooks the backyard and there is a spacious walk-in closet.  All of the bedrooms are clean and well-kept.

The third bedroom-located upstairs-has a view of the front yard.  While a bit smaller than bedroom one and two, it is still roomy and comfortable.  This bedroom has a smaller walk-in closet.

The fourth bedroom-located downstairs-sits at the front of the house with a view of the front yard.  It has a closet with sliding doors and has been used only as an office.

Additional bathrooms and laundry room

There are two and a half bathrooms total in the home.  In addition to the master bath, they are as follows:

The first bathroom is located between bedrooms one and two.  It has a large counter next to the sink which is not visible in the picture.

 Downstairs is a half bath located off of the kitchen area.  It has a pedestal sink and toilet.

The laundry room is located across from the half bath.  It is roomy and has a shelving area for storage or hanging clothes.  There are also wall hooks installed for coats, jackets, or backpacks.

The house is plumbed for a soft water system and soft water has been in use since the home was new.

Upstairs loft area

At the top of the stairs is a comfortable loft - perfect for a TV room or play area.  It is situated between bedrooms two and three.  Views from the window are of the west side of the house.

Garage and crawl space
